I've decided to start a FAQ page to save us all some time. Hope it helps :)


What programs do you use?

I use Photoshop and Poser 7.


What payment methods do you accept?

I accept paypal payments. With paypal you can easily pay with a credit card, funds from your bank account, or a paypal balance if you have one. If you don't already have a paypal account I suggest signing up for one. It's free!


Who runs this site?

Me, myself, and I ;)


Can I use the things I purchase from your site on prints, mugs, t-shirts, etc?

Yes, you can as long as my images have been modified. You cannot just simply take one of my images, stick it on a mug and sell it. It must be added to a background or changed somehow first.


I have a request. Will you do it for me?

That all depends on the request. If I have the resources, skills/capabilities, and desire to do it I'll give it a try. I'm always open to suggestions, but I can't promise anything.


I emailed you hours ago. Why haven't you responded yet?

I'm only human. I'm a wife and mother. I can't be on the net 24/7. Also keep in mind the different time zones. I'm in the US.. eastern time.


Do you accept e-checks?

Yes, I do. However, please keep in mind that that you will not have access to the download links until the e-check clears in my paypal account. Because of the way this shopping cart is programmed I also do not get copies of the orders when an e-check is used, therefore I have no idea what you ordered. So when your e-check has cleared you will have to send me a list of the item (s) you ordered and I will send you your download links.


Do you do artwork commissions?

Sure if I have the time and the resources. Send me all the details, and I'll give you a price.


I like your exclusives...but I have something particular in mind for one. Can you do it for me?

That depends on what you need. Keep in mind though that if you need a specific kind of outfit or something that I don't already own the price for your exclusive will either go up, or you can simply purchase the outfit for me and I'll deduct that from your final price. I am registered at pretty much every Poser site so just use the contact form and I'll give you my username in order for you to purchase the item.


I have my own store. Would you be willing to a. trade products or b. accept a gift certificate in exchange for your products?

It depends on your products, and if they're something I'd have use for. Send me a link and I'll let you know. Never hurts to ask ;)


Can I mail you a money order/personal check to pay for my order?

No. I accept paypal only. Too many crazies for me to be passing out my address.


I ordered a freebie but didn't get a download link after checkout/ Where is it???

Read the freebie's description.


I have a prop that I bought and I'd like you to render it for me. If I send you the file will you render it?

Nope. This is a big no no in the copyright world. If you don't use 3d programs and want me to render something you must either purchase it for me at the website it's from (I'll give you my username), or send me the money and I'll buy it myself and render it for you.


I need some images for my website (header, banners,buttons,etc.). Can I commission you to do them for me?

Depends on what you need. Tell me what exactly you need with as many details as possible.


I make my own digital scrapbooking kits and want to know if it's possible to use your products in my kits?

You can use my props and plants for the personal use kits you make IF they are first merged onto some sort of background where they cannot be extracted by others. You cannot however add my products as standalone items to your kits.
